Information you provide. When you submit a form on this website, you may provide your first name (optional) and email address (required). We currently collect this information through three forms, each kept separate:

• Off-Label Advice newsletter. When you join the newsletter on the homepage, we collect your email address and, if provided, your first name. We record the signup source, the consent wording shown beside the form, and the submission time. We apply the “Off-Label Advice Newsletter” tag to your contact and send a single welcome email to new eligible subscribers.
• Solo Private Practice Blueprint priority waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name (if provided) and email address. We record the waitlist source and submission time so we can send course updates and enrollment announcements.
• Free guide signup. The “Get the Free Guide” button links to an external signup page. Any information you submit there is handled by that platform under its own terms.

Newsletter subscribers are not automatically added to the Blueprint waitlist or free-guide workflow, and vice versa.

Automatic information. When you visit this website, our hosting and website platform may automatically collect certain technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the date and time of your visit, for security, site operation, and troubleshooting.

• To create or update your contact record and send the emails you signed up for, such as newsletter issues, course updates, and enrollment announcements.
• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To operate, maintain, and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use a third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and email platform to manage contacts, apply tags, and deliver email communications on our behalf. That provider processes your name and email address for the purposes described here, including sending welcome emails, newsletter issues, and waitlist updates. We may also share information with our website hosting and infrastructure providers as needed to operate this website. Otherwise, we share your information only as necessary to provide the service, or where required by law.

Our hosting and website platform may set cookies or similar technologies for essential site operation and security. We do not use cookies to track your activity across other websites. We display fonts through Google Fonts, which may process information on its own domain. We have not installed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising or analytics tracking tools on this website.

If you add analytics or advertising tools in the future, update this section and provide the required disclosures before publishing.

This website contains links to third-party services, including our blog, social media profiles, and an external free guide signup. When you follow those links, you are subject to the privacy practices of those platforms, which are outside our control.

This website is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for the newsletter, join a waitlist, or create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can remove it.
